The supplier of the products is the company for production, trade and services European Trade Dooel - Skopje, which through its online store enables the purchase of a large range of products that are in its offer.
Buyer is considered any legal and natural person who will order and pay for products electronically.
All prices are expressed in the Macedonian national currency (den).

Ordering
The products are ordered electronically by selecting a specific product and adding it to the shopping cart. The products are considered to be ordered at the moment when the buyer makes a successful payment. LoveGuru.mk undertakes to deliver all products selected by the buyer.
If LoveGuru.mk is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, has the duty to contact the user by phone or e-mail and after agreement with the buyer to replace the product with another one. The prices of the products are valid on the day of the order.
The ordered products will be properly packed, with the highest standards and sorted according to the product content. The buyer is obliged, when taking the order, to check it for possible damages and to advertise it immediately. Otherwise LoveGuru.mk assumes no responsibility in further advertising.
The buyer undertakes to pay the amount of the order electronically through a payment card or through an invoice.
LoveGuru.mk during the entire transaction process it does not have any insight into the number, date of issue, date of validity, security code or any other data from your payment card, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account. The data is entered on the website of the processing center that processes the online payment transactions.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration. During registration, each user may, but does not have to, enter correct information about his name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number. If during the registration, i.e. during the purchase, the user enters data that is incorrect, incomplete or untrue, i.e. data that would prevent or make it impossible LoveGuru.mk complete the order and delivery, LoveGuru.mk within 24 hours, it will make 3 (three) attempts to contact the user who made and paid for the order (using the data that the user entered during registration).
Delivery
We deliver the order through external collaborators or personally, every day from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. No delivery is made on Sundays. During public holidays, delivery is limited and in terms that will be determined by LoveGuru.mk.
Orders placed every working day after 14:00 will be delivered the next working day in the period specified by the buyer. Each buyer is obliged to check the products for possible damage, missing product or change upon delivery. If there is any problem with the order, the buyer is obliged to report it immediately to the supplier, otherwise LoveGuru.mk takes no responsibility. If at the time of delivery for the given term the buyer does not answer the phone that he delivered himself, he loses the right to delivery in the same given term and will be contacted by us during the same day to choose a new term.
The same applies when the buyer answers the phone but does not show up to pick up the order for 5 minutes. LoveGuru.mk does not guarantee that the next free appointment will be on the same day.
LoveGuru.mk We guarantee that delivery will be on time under the following conditions:
– Extremely bad weather conditions,

– Another official crisis at the local or state level.

At the moment when you make the payment and enter the data, they are processed through the HTTPS security protocol of the bank using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and the data from your payment card is visible to us, the only information about your transaction which is your name and surname from the payment card, the last 4 numbers from the card and the amount on which the transaction was made, while all the rest are encrypted. The security of the data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Stopanska Banka AD Skopje, thereby completing the payment process that takes place on the bank's website. At no time are the payment card data available on our system.
