Policy for delivery of products / provision of services
You can make the purchase through our website from any part of the world, but we can only carry out the delivery on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
All products will be delivered to the delivery address that you should provide when creating the order or to one of the cargo bases in your city
You can also surprise your loved ones and request delivery to their address, specifying their address as the delivery address.
The delivery period depends on the delivery location. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 days from the moment of confirmed order.
In accordance with our capabilities, the product will be delivered to you in the shortest possible time. European Trade Ltd. - Skopje reserves the right to extend the delivery period in a previous agreement with the buyer.
Delivery is done through our delivery service or through external partners.
We deliver from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays and non-working days.
Before the delivery of the product, the buyer will be contacted by phone, on the phone number left for contact, to confirm the date and time of delivery.
If the order is placed on Friday after 14 pm, Saturday, Sunday or on a non-working day, this procedure starts from the first following working day. The delivery time does not include weekends and non-working days.
The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The cargo delivery company does not know what is in the package. The packaging is neutral, unmarked and discreet.
The name of the sending company is not written, which is associated with a sex shop and the like.
You pay in cash to the delivery person or by card.
