Is the packaging discreet?

We understand that complete privacy and discretion are extremely important to you. In order for your privacy to remain yours alone, we pack all products EXTREMELY discreetly in standard opaque cardboard boxes.
Packages are shipped EXTREMELY discreetly in standard opaque cardboard boxes or opaque protective air bag envelopes. The package contains only your data and the data of the company that sends the package, European Trade Ltd. Skopje. "Sex shop", "Loveguru.mk" or any association where the package comes from is not mentioned anywhere on the package, so no one can guess the contents of the package.
All products are wrapped in protective paper during packaging, and the empty space of the box is filled with filling material, in order to further protect the products during transportation.
If you pay by credit card online or in Myanmar, the place of payment on your invoice will be indicated as "European Trade Ltd. Skopje", there is no mention of "Loveguru.mk" or "Sex Shop".

What are the delivery methods for products purchased from LoveGuru.mk?

Delivery by express post to an address or delivery to an express post office
If you would like to receive the package at your address via Express Mail delivery service, select "Express Mail Delivery to address / 2-4 working days" in the cart
Express Mail delivers on weekdays from 08:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not considered business days).
Orders from the express delivery service usually arrive at the address within 48 hours of dispatch, and in most cases within 24 hours.

Picking up parcels from an express post office
In addition to delivery to your home address, you can pick up packages at an express post office,
You can also give us the name of the express post office you want us to send the package to in the order notes.

Picking up packages from LoveGuru.mk
You can pick up paid orders for selected products at our warehouse in Skopje, Mon - Fri 10:00 - 17:00. Warehouse address: st. 23 October 11a Skopje
There are no delivery charges for personal collection of orders from our warehouse.
For this type of delivery, when ordering online, select the delivery option (Pickup in warehouse).

How long does it take to deliver products purchased from LoveGuru.mk?

Orders received on working days from Monday to Friday until 14:00 are handed over to the delivery company on the same day.

We offer delivery for the whole of Macedonia through the express mail service within 2-4 working days.
If there is a delay in the delivery by the company that is hired to carry out the delivery, European Trade Ltd. - Skopje cannot assume any responsibility.

There is also the possibility of picking up the product from our warehouse in Skopje.

How much does the delivery of products purchased from LoveGuru.mk cost?

Can I download my product from LoveGuru.mk?

You can pick up the paid orders of the products in our warehouse in Skopje, Mon - Fri 10:00 - 17:00. Warehouse address: st. 23 October 11a Skopje
There are no delivery charges for personal collection of goods from our warehouse.
For this type of delivery, when ordering online, select the delivery option (Pickup in warehouse).
Payment is only possible in Burmese in advance or via credit cards online. Payment with cash or cards when picking up the package at the warehouse is not possible. For any questions, feel free to contact us at our contact form.

General conditions for delivery and payment of the package
• Orders and payments received on business days from Monday to Friday before 14:00 PM are shipped the same day.
• Orders and payments received after 14:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
• Delivery is made in accordance with the schedule specified in each of the shipping and delivery methods listed below.
• The time of dispatch and delivery/delivery of the package is shifted to the next working day in case of holidays and public holidays.
• In case of emergency situations (difficulties in traffic, bad weather, breakdown of the delivery vehicle, damaged products during delivery at the partner's distribution center), the delivery time may be longer than stated.
• When picking up the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a receipt for collection.
• If the customer orders a product by paying cash on delivery, and does not pick up the product or refuses to pick up the product without a valid reason, European Trade Ltd. Skopje reserves the right to demand compensation for the costs of handling, transport and other possible costs (the cost of sending of the package and the cost of returning the package).
• Due to delivery, if the building or house has a different last name than what you entered in the order, please include it in the notes so that the delivery service can find you.
